Delivery & Royal Mail Industrial Action Strikes

Please note that there will be some disruption and delays to Royal Mail deliveries due to ongoing strike action by the Communication Workers Union (CWU). Please bear this in mind when you place your order with us. Royal Mail strike action is currently scheduled for:

Wednesday 30th November
Thursday 1st December
Friday 9th December
Sunday 11th December
Wednesday 14th December
Thursday 15th December
Friday 23rd December
Saturday 24th December

What will happen on the days strike action is taking place?

Royal Mail is stating that Tracked 24 parcels will be delivered where possible. However, the strike will impact on all areas of Royal Mail operations: collections, sorting office, and deliveries. So, while we will be packing your orders as normal, such industrial action will no doubt cause a backlog in the whole system, so we appreciate your patience when waiting on your parcel to be delivered. This may take a few additional days then standard. We are also offering alternative delivery services such as couriers in place of Royal Mail where possible. Please note: Due to their size, Wall Planners are always sent via a courier service.
